White Nebula storms the runway...
Last week, I posted an exclusive sneak peek at some of the J By Jordy collection that would be debuted at the Arab Fasion Week 2015, in Dubai... Today, I'd love to share some of the stunning looks that hit the runway and caused a stir, from the White Nebula line:
20 etheral, romantic, white dresses, both long and short, floated whimsically, yet with a serious edge, down the catwalk, to great admiration and applause.
Jordy Fu is a designer, architect and artist, and all facets of her creativity were put to task in this collection. Her pieces demonstrate her works of art and her structural mind, couple with an out-of-the-box approach to couture.
This talented designer is certainly one to watch for the future, as her eye for beauty is as uncompromising as her passion for art and love for manipulating fabric in a unique, challenging and decidedly playful manner.
Jordy took a triumphant walk down the runway, at the end of her show, together with one of her signature pieces, clearly showing off her architectural influences in her clothing design. Though small in stature, Ms Fu looked as stunning in one of her own creations, as the 6ft tall model beside her.
